Ghita Sabil is the Chief Operations Officer of UNIMAGRI, a leading importer and distributor of agricultural equipment and irrigation systems in Morocco. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Family Business Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Management from Georgetown University, Ghita brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Prior to joining her family business, Ghita worked in international business consulting for Fortune 100 companies, where she honed her strategic skills. She has a strong background in research and has contributed to notable publications, including "Go-to-Market Strategies for Women Entrepreneurs: Creating and Exploring Success."

As a passionate advocate for women in leadership, Ghita was the only female debater and captain of the Moroccan National Debate Team, representing Morocco in various international competitions, including the World Debate Championship. Recognized as one of Northeastern University’s 100 Most Influential Leaders, she actively serves on the boards of several community and professional organizations, including GRANAFRICA (Agriculture VC), the Institute of Supply Chain Boston, the Northeastern Africa Global Initiative, and the Women Who Empower Initiative.

Under Ghita's leadership, UNIMAGRI, a member of the third-generation family-owned Group SABIL, continues to drive innovation in the Moroccan agriculture sector. Established in 2009, UNIMAGRI is committed to enhancing water and energy efficiency for its customers. Headquartered in Casablanca, the company operates across all 12 regions of Morocco, partnering with over 50 international suppliers to offer a comprehensive range of products and expertise. Notable partnerships include exclusive representation for some of the world’s largest agricultural equipment suppliers, such as LEO Group from China, SAB from Italy, and AQUASUB from India.
